Madhuli trained in India as a dentist.  She then came to the U.S. and earned her Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.  In 2018, she joined MedStar as the biostatistician for The Curtis National Hand Center. She specializes in quantitative research methods and study design, and has extensive experience in statistical analysis in clinical research and epidemiological studies. Her analytic expertise also includes data management and analysis of large complex databases. She writes STATA programs, conducts sample size calculation and statistical analysis, develops data management plans, produces result summaries and technical reports, and assists with manuscript preparation and submission.   She also assists with study design and methodology.
